An Insight into International Opportunities

In association with the Birmingham Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI), the Birmingham Best Practice Club invites you to attend a breakfast meeting dedicated to exploring the challenges and rewards of overseas business prospecting.
The event will take place on Friday 17 September at the Council House, Birmingham and commence at 7:30am. A guest speaker from the Chamber will give a presentation on the potential and complexities of international trade. Birmingham Chamber operates one of the most respected international trade teams, which is linked into UK Trade and Investment (UKTI), the government organisation promoting British businesses overseas.
A case study will follow presented by Aedas, the global network that provides consultancy services in architecture, interior design, master planning, landscape, urban design and building consultancy. Visitors can learn how diversification in difficult times can provide the chance to explore a new panorama and deliver a wider variety of more creative solutions. Aedas, recently named International Architectural Practice of the Year at the prestigious AJ Awards 2010, focus on sustainability which has helped win work worldwide.
The Birmingham Best Practice Club was established as the Birmingham branch of Constructing Excellence and provides a platform for exchanging knowledge, showcasing best practice and raising awareness of issues within construction and the built environment.
