The Birmingham Best Practice Club engages all facets of the Birmingham construction and construction-related industries to provide useful and relevant information on current and planned opportunities in the region, whether they are Regeneration projects you could get involved in or the latest expert advice on business improvement.

The club is supported and endorsed by Birmingham City Council and leading figures in the industry. It offers members the opportunity to network with people at all levels, all committed to ensuring that opportunities in the Birmingham area are maximised and that Construction Best Practice is fully adopted throughout the industry.

The club will help you to:

• Learn about Construction Excellence and Best Practice issues from each other and the wider construction community.
• Learn about measures you can implement so that the performance of your organisation improves - site visits, case studies and seminars.
• Learn from strategic bodies about the best way forward in the Birmingham.
• Network and increase business opportunities.
• Obtain information on the Birmingham's planned and current Regeneration vision & strategy.
• Tackle training issues and encourage more young people into the industry.
• Create effective access and links to business support i.e. Business Link, CITB, Building East, etc.
• Form strategic links and work with the other clubs and official organisations that are involved in the Birmingham area. These including the Development corporations, Regeneration agencies, Birmingham City Council, Housing Associations and the Forum for the Built Environment (bfe).
